The tiles popped off the floor without any visible cause. I was told by standard bank that I had no claim and received a rejection letter. No reason, no further communication after I requested answers as the person who did the assessment was not a qualified assessor and they did not give me a reason for the rejection. I have requesting a response for three months now with no response.
What am I paying insurance for? I pay for no service, no response. If I could change I would immediately but it is included in my bond. Standand bank insurance is the worst I would never recommend them to anybody!!!
