In November 2012 I logged an access recovery claim with Miway and was informed that it will take about 3 weeks, after receiving my car from the panel beaters, to finalize the claim.
I have since contacted Miway more that three times, to be told different stories. Initially they did not receive the final invoice from the panel beater, then It was the rental company that was delayed in sending them the tax invoice and they on the last contact I was told everything has been submitted to the other party's insurer and that I should wait for feedback.
I have waited more than two weeks, and there has been no communication from Miway. This is very poor service from the company, especially to a customer who has been loyal to them for more than 3 years.
