Thanks for an early New Year surprise Dial Direct

I was involved in a car accident in 2012 and filed a claim with my insurer, which was then Dial Direct. They processed the claim against the other insurance company on my behalf. My car was fixed and I paid the relevant access. Since I later left Dial Direct for another insurer that cost me less, I had forgotten about the claim process.

I am beyond pleased that in all this time, even when I was no longer their client, Dial Direct continued processing my claim (82828354302). Thank you so much Renealle for successfully recovering my access and mostly for tracking me down with such perseverance for over 2 months. Not all companies would bother with ex-clients let alone be willing to refund them what's due to them.

I am pleased to see that Dial Direct has remained true to the operating principles that had attracted me originally. This is the way to retain and recover clients...
