Nobody is answering the phone

I'm interested in the Fedhealth medical aid but was advised by Fedhealth that I need to contact Direct Axis on 0860 106 381 to obtain application forms etc.

I have been trying on several occasions (all at different times) to contact the number above, but it seems that getting to speak to a consultant proves to be impossible.

Kindly e-mail me the application forms, as well as the list of network GP's and Specialists.

I would also appreciate it if you could include a direct contact number in the e-mail, instead of the useless number indicated above.
