DISGUSTINGLY BAD SERVICE

I WENT TO THE FNB O.R.TAMBO AIRPORT BRANCH AS I HAD A PROBLEM WITH ACCESSING MY EWALLET, I WAS HELPED BY A LADY NAMED PRUDENCE MZIZI WHO HELPED ME WITH CALLING THE EWALLET HELPLINE AS I DID THAT, THE HELPLINE GUYS ALSO COULD NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND THEY REFFEERED ME BACK TO THE BRANCH I WAS AT. I THEN WENT TO THE CLIENT SERVICES COUNTER (AT THIS TIME PRUDENCE WAS ON LUNCH) AND THE LADY THAT WAS BY CLIENT SERVICES (WHO PUT HER NAME BADGE INSIDE OUT SO I COULD NOT SEE HER NAME) TOLD ME SHE WAS BUSY AND COULD NOT ASSIST ME, WHEN I ASKED HER TO PLEASE ASK ANOTHER PERSON TO ASSIST ME SHE TOLD ME NO ONE CAN HELP ME AS ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE BUSY, SHE EVEN TOLD ME THAT THE BRANCH MANAGER WAS BUSY WHICH I DOUBT WAS THE CASE AS SHE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK FOR ME. WHAT I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND IS WHY AM I BEING SO INCONVENIENED BY A SERVICE WHICH "WAS DESIGNED TO MAKE MY LIFE AS A CLIENT EASY".

I EVENTUALLY LEFT WITHOUT BEING HELPED AND UP TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY EWALLET CASH.

I MUST SAY THIS WAS INDEED THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPEIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I MUST SAY I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THE FNB O.R. TAMBO INTERNATIONAL BRANCH EVER!
