I called the standard bank credit card call center to query the limit on my standard bank credit card on the 21.11.2013 & to date I have received no response or feedback. I was given another number to call since I have a prestige account & dealt with a lady that said that I need to provide them with a copy of my payslip to score the application. This confused me since I recently obtained the standard bank prestige account & I had provided all my documents to the Dbn North branch less than a month ago. The following day I called the card division again and the lady I had spoken to the previous day (who assured me that she would request the docs from the branch) had not yet requested the payslip from the Dbn North branch. I was then given the number to my private banker at the Dbn North branch, I called the branch and was told that my private banker had left the business a while back and was put through to the initial consultant that helped me get the prestige account (Clarissa Pillay) who said she would provide me with feedback once she was done with the client she was attending to but didnt. this is really dissapointing since I have been banking with Standard bank for so many yea
