Dial Direct Insurance
My Car is write off but they refused to pay

Good day,

I trust that you are all well on your end.

My major debacle is that my insurance dial direct does not want to pay me out for write off on my vehicle.

My premium is up to date the accident happened on the 28th Of June 2013 at 6 in the morning.

they towed the car but refused to pay me due to the fact that I told them I had 5 years insurance.

I will gladly appreciate your help.
