I am insured with Dial Direct and I was involved in an car accident on the 14th of may 2013.The insurance took my car to their storage, I received a call from them to say they are going to Write off my car because is badly damaged, Today i received another call to say they will fix my car. I no longer know who or what to believe but I am paying an insurance instalment everyday. My car is damaged very badly, I don't even think they can fix it.they are just playing hide and seek.i can even send you the car's pictures.
