Give me back my hour!

The Richards Bay branch in the Boardwalk is the most poorly managed, ill equipped, inconsiderate business organization I have ever stepped foot into. If I didn't have to do my businesses"s banking there, I would never walk through those doors again. On a busy, end of the month Friday, there was only 1 teller open helping about 15-20 customers, which took a waiting period of about an hour for me till I got helped.
Can people not think a bit better when it comes to busier times like this???
Really not impressed with this bank and would not recommend it to anyone.
