Money deposited but not credited, again

I decided to do some online shopping on Friday evening and deposited some money into my EasyPay wallet so I could use their vcpay service.

The money was not credited into my account so on Saturday morning I logged a ticket on their support site. I got a call shortly after and I was asked to send them a proof of payment, which I did, but I didn't get a reply or notification or anything!

Sunday morning, I called the call centre, but no one answered. Monday, I called the call centre and AGAIN no answer so I logged yet another support ticket requesting a refund of my current wallet and the amount I deposited and I'm still waiting for a reply.

This is absolutely great service.

It will definitely be the last time I use this service as this isn't the first time.
