I got a call back on Friday as I wanted to get a quote for life insurance. I was called back straight away and walked through the process. Very strangely, just as he was about to give me the amount he said "when was the last time you saw an accident. You see how short life can be.. " very strange and that put me off totally! using scare tactics to get me to sign up is shocking!
Today he then called my work phone which is unacceptable, personal calls should not be coming to work number and if Outsurance is going to do that they should ask my permission first. and when I said I wasn't going to take out a policy now and I need to wait a bit he said 'why do you want to wait until you are sick'. it is none of Stefan's business as to why I am not taking out a policy now. he then slammed the phone down before I could say good bye. so rude, so unprofessional! shocking customer service! I will be taking out insurance in the future but it wont be with Outsurance any longer.
I insure my car with you and think it is so bad to treat a client like that! reference for the quote he emailed me OT14831434. I never complain ever so please understand how upset I must be in order to complain here.
