Blaming Easypay Service(#884758)

I've deposited money at Easypay service point into my account on the 28 November 2013, To date the transaction is not credited to my account yet. Briton and his manager Fusi Mbokane are passing the blame to Easypay but refuse to email me what they are telling over the telephone.
I cannot have my money deposited to my account because of Easypay bad service.
