Hi Peter, i was paying my rent at Pick & pay Maponya mall on the 30/09/2013, and the cashier mistakenly deposited R1800 into my DSTV account, and shortly i deposited R295 into the Dstv account, only to find out later at home that the money was deposited into the wrong account, on Tuesday the 01/10/2013, i called multichoice i spoke to Mududzi who promised me that the money will be deposited back into my account in 3 to 7 days, i then received a mobile statement on the 03/10/2013 from them stating that my account is R1505.05 in credit, i called back telling them that i want my full R1800 because its my rent money. on Friday the 04/10/13 at about six in the evening someone from multichoice called me saying i must fax my ID number and proof of payment, i did that on monday the 07/10/2013, but nobody has bothered to call me and now my rent is in arrears because of late payment, please assist me because my land lord is now threatening me. thank you
