On 8/05/2013 i logged a claim with Finrite for repairs and an excess needed to be paid by 24/05/2013. on 3/06/2013 my cellphone was collected by MDS collivery. I received a call from MDS the next day confirming that they had received my phone. A week past and no one gave me any feedback. I then contacted MDS collivery who advised that I woiild need to contact Finrite. I spoke to Amukhelani who told me they could not find my phone and he would contact me the next day. No one contacted me so I phoned again and spoke to another agent (Thando) who said he would phone me back and never did. I phoned him back and he said he had escalated the matter to management. 3 days past and no one phoned me. I then phoned again and spoke to another agent (Bronwyn) who also said the same line that they must learn during trainigng "THE MATTER HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO MANAGEMENT". I phoned again today and was put on hold by Posh (Anotheragent) for over 10 minutes . i eventually gave up. I dont know what kind of Managers they have there that it could take over 2 weeks to get back to a customer. what a dissapopintment they have been!!!
