Every time I phone the contact, they give me a different, no one seems to know what is happening. My policy was apparently without any notification. Even after I advised them that I should be contacted on 076 953 9152 and not 0834776550. On the 31/07/2013 a consultant at the MTN Killarney store called them advising them that they do not have the Handset in store, he spoke to Bronwyn. Bronwyn gave the consultant the Finrite banking details and advised the consultant that I should deposit the excess into their bank account, they will get the handset for me. The excess amount was paid on the 21 August 2013. I phoned Finrite on 2nd September 2013 and I was told that my policy cancelled and was referred to Guardrisk. On the 09/09/2013 I called Finrite and spoke to Kagiso, who advised me that my claim had been approved and all I needed to do was to pay the excess, I advised that the excess was already paid and he said that I should send proof of payment and delivery address. Today (10/09/2013) I phoned and was advised that my claim had been referred to Guardrisk. I really do not know what to do anymore.
