The Complaint started with absa allowing me to withdraw only R820 ten minutes after R900 has been payed into my account. I was furios as i needed the money urgently. At first the Enquiries section said they wont be able to help i need to talk to the branch manager as I was not leaving the branch without my money before 12pm and this was already 11:15am. I went up to the first floor to the branch managers office where the reception person named debbie told me that the manager is in a meeting and will only be available after 1pm. this was unacceptable to me and i threatened with an actionline complaint. She then calmed me down by sayin she'll make a plan within 20 minutes time i was able to withdraw my money as i needed it.
