Who's to blame ''EDGARS, FINRITE OR HOLLARD''

On the 13/11/2013 I lost my cellphone and opened a case at the saps. I then took all the paperwork to EDGARS greenstone where it was processed. The next day I was contacted to go and fetch a new phone because the claim was approved. I went to eastgate and was told that they can not replace the phone because EDCON doesn't deal with CELL C anymore because they don't pay some royalties to EDCON. I phoned the lady from FINRITE (Samantha) to explain to her the situation. she also spoke to the man from edgars (gift I think) who explained to her that they can not give me a CELL C phone and if they give me a VODACOM OR MTN phone it might not work on CELL C and the warranty will expire as soon as I put my sim in it. She then said she will find out from other suppliers. They came back to me and said they don't know what to do. They can not find me a phone at their suppliers and that they are going to send the matter to HOLLARD and will get back to me in 48 hours. Now 48 hours went past and no-one contacted me.
