Although it is not my usual branch, I visited the Karaglen branch a few months ago to open a savvy account and now there is no where else I would go! The service I received from Jane Smith was outstanding! She was friendly, swift and efficient! She changed all of my debit orders for me and linked all of my accounts and even followed up during the week to make sure that everything was working out. Since then I have been back to the Karaglen branch to open a savvy account for my boyfriend and savings and investment accounts for us both. On each occasion we opted to wait until Jane was available as we knew we would receive superior service! This lady deserves to be rewarded for always going the extra mile. I would urge anyone who has had a problem with consultants in the past to visit Jane. She turns the often stressful and traumatic trip to the bank into a pleasant and successful experience, every time!
