On Friday 5 July 2013 we requested an insurance quote on 3 new vehicles from OUTSURANCE for business use. Not only did they beat other quotes but also reduced my existing premium, should I accept the quote. On Monday 08/07/13 we accepted and received confirmation of cover for the 3 vehicles. My husband left soon after to fetch the first of the three, he came home, fetched my son and left again just to go to the pharmacy with the band new NP200. On his way someone skipped the stop street smashing into them on one side smacking the car against a tree on the other! We've only had the car about 2 hours and it was completely written off! The claim was logged immediately, the staff from Outsurance assisted swiftly and sent out an assessor. After submitting pictures, reports and settlements we received a call this morning informing us that the claim had been approved and the vehicle settled. Furthermore we were due to receive our OUTBONUS by the 12th of July for not claiming, the accident occurred on the 8th the claim was logged AND WE STILL RECEIVED OUR OUTBONUS!!! We will never use any other insurance company, thank you to Outsurance staff who just made everything better!
