My teenage daughter was due for an upgrade. Jane took extra time to explain the new contract and listened to questions that we had. Her English is outstanding and her sense of humour made us laugh more than once.
She made us feel like we were the most important clients in the office. My opinion is that she is very professional and her job is important to her. Thank you very much Jane Goba for your wonderful attitude.
