Only go to this branch when absolutely necessary because of the bad mannered tellers in general. As the treasurer of a sports club, today I had to update the Savings accounts and Investment accounts. As in the past the unfriendly teller refused to update the Investment statement as Karaglen is not the branch, and said they would have to FAX??? to the branch concerned. The manageress was called and said the same thing. As on two previous occasions I went to a personal banker (Jane Smith - huge compliments to her) who updated immediately! As I turned from the teller to walk to the banker, I collided with an employer of the bank MAXINE MAKHAHLELA. I muttered she should look where she is going. She stomped after me screaming 'what did you say, what did you say" I told her and she screeched abuse at me, that I should apologise and I had hurt her foot, and she carried on in the banking hall screaming in full view of the Manageress who actually agreed she was entitled to scream at a customer like that! The only staff member with any dignity I saw today was JANE SMITH, who never said a word, and just handed me the updated statement. This branch had deteriorated so badly over the years.
