Asking for the documents every time i follow up

Hi there fnb, being a loyal customer with fnb since so many years i have been getting the worst service from you, i have applied for Over draft since almost 3 months they didnt do any thing, i spoke to many of the people from fnb premier banking and at last even my branch every one is so waste of time, its the worst-est to when it comes to service, why the i have to follow up every alternate day or week for my over draft application and every time i tried following up they needed all my documents i dont understand what the f... k is happening to my documents every time i sent. as per my idea atleast i sent 5 times to fnb including branch. why would i f... n waste my airtime calling branch and premier banking where i am paying 135 per month fee from this month, you dont have respect to customer at all... do you guys think money can be charged for nothing not to provide service, i have number of mails that from all your fnb people but they didnt worked on my over draft application why the you guys taking advantage on customers... why do i have to send so many times documentation, i need an answer if you cant answer then provide me back my fee that i am paying you guys...
