Frustrated with the service at First National Bank

My Son Ajitesh Misra requested his Banker at premier suite in Menlyn to open a investment account for me I have R250000 to invest I am at pensioner I was requested to go to Lynwood Branch to complete the formalities Jane
Assisted me on he 19th of April 2013 today someone called me and requested I activate he account with R100
I am in Durban on Holiday I went to he Westwood Branch to make the deposit I spent 1 hour in the branch and failed to make the deposit as the account was not activated I then tried to call Jane at Lynwood I could to get through to her I left a message with Linda requesting the Branch Manger to call me and told her my dilemma
I am till waiting for the call.
I want my account Closed interest calculated from the date the money was taken from my account up and until
My account is credited why is my account opened at Mybranch??
