RIDICULOUS

It is absolutely ridiculous how when you phone MIBFA that they always give you the same answer. If you send an email you also get the same reply. How many departments do they have working on payments. All my forms were correctly completed and returned via registered post in June last year. Now I am told the payment is with the benefits dept. I suppose you just become a number. I think every time you phone or sent a query you get put a the bottom of the pile. I sympathise with all MIBFA Members.
