No Feedback Regarding Surplus Payout

On the 30 January 2013 i received a email from MIBFA confirming that my bank mandate forms were successfully scanned onto their system. Since then MIBFA had not reply to any of my emails.
I would like to know when can i expect my surplus to be paid into my bank account???
