Why am i debited twice???

I took out insurance and the consultant did not explain to me about the R60 admin fee, to my surprise the R60 was debited from my account and the R85.88. I took out a policy for R42 and nothing more than that. can somebody call me and explain to me what is going on. I have also requested my documents to be emailed to me until today I am still waiting. I called the call centre and spoke to 4 consultants already and did not get any help.
