Companies Should STOP using MIBFA

My friend who doesnt have access to a landline phone asked me to Call MIBFA on his behalf.
He submitted his documents on the 28 FEB 2013 and up until today there is no payout and thier phone just rings with no answer.

PLease companies there are better polies holders out there with a good reputation.

This one is not one of them...
