I have been waiting 4months for my provident fund money and for the past 3months everytime I call them they tell
Tell me they are waiting for my bank to give them banking confirmation. I went to my bank which is capitec bank
And told them what mibfa told me so they checked and confirmed that mibfa has yet to contact them for the confirmation.
I would just like it if mibfa can just sort out this problem and finalize my payout and to stop lying about the problem.
