My dad has been waiting for his money since 2010, every time we called to ask about the money they will say its still in process. he passed away in march this year we called mibfa and were told to submit the necessary documents which we did but up until today we still don't have the money and mibfa is not returning any of the emails we sent. whenever we call we are kept on the line forever without any help. we are struggling as we have no breadwinner. please anyone who can assist please email me [Email Removed]
