I have a problem with mibfa. I've send threw all my paper work in april 2012 and been struggling since to get any feed back for them just to get my surplus payment paid out to me. there is no communication on there side i need to phone them every time to find out what progress was made with my case on my expenses. i've been trying to get hold of the lady how deals with my case with no luck i've send a registered letter to them multiple, emails and phoned but still no reply. it's like they are just shifting the case from the one person to the next and no one can give me any information regarding the case.
i hate making a fuss over personal issues but i just cant seem to get threw to them and is forced to get another way of getting threw to them
