Money banked in my retail shops on Friday is supposed to be credited to my Business Account after midnight on a Saturday night. It is now 7.40 pm on Sunday evening and Friday's money is still not in the account. I have been noticing for the last few weeks it is coming in later and later and this is totally unacceptable. It is supposedly computerised so what is the problem? I had the same complaint about 6 to 8 months ago and after my complaint it appeared to have been rectified but now it is starting all over again. If FNB value my business they had better get their house in order very quickly or they may risk me moving on to another Bank. This situation is just not acceptable.
