It is unfortunate that I need to write a hello peter in order to get service from my bank. I sent an email to my so called business manager to submit my company registration docs in order to change my account from a sole proprietor to a business account. His reply?? Contact the bank I'm off sick?? What happened to: sorry, I am sick, but you can contact so and so at the bank who will be able to assist you in my absence?? Seriously?? And when I go to the bank, I will sit in your queues for 2 hours again just to hear they cannot help me I must go to the business banker?!!! Please FNB, can it be so hard to do business with you???
