FNB Retail is fine but Business Banking not

I'm a very happy FNB retail client. My business account is currently with the Blue bank and based on my great retail experience I decided to move across to FNB. What a terrible decision!!! To open the FNB Business Account was a great experience and happened quickly but beyond that point its a joke. In my experience Business banking doesn't give a hoot about me. It has been a month since the account was opened and after literally 10 requests and promises that someone will contact me I STILL HAVE NOT had anyone who cares about my needs contact me. Its poor and if you're looking for personalized service or someone on the other end of the line to help you with business banking matters I suggest you think carefully before going to FNB.
