Since the beginning of the year we have had nothing but problems from Andiswa the list is to long to add to this complaint but she is not qualified to do her job and she is the reason i will be cancelling all personal and my business portfolio with standard bank, no one at the bank has tried to help i have spent hrs on the phone and we are months down the line and nothing has been rectified Andiswa dose not bother to answer or return any of my calls she is shocking business manager she should be fired before standard back loses more customers. Its to late for me as we are done with standard bank and are moving to Nedbank but i hope this complaint will reach people who care so she can be dealt with.
