ATM Deposits

On 08/01/2013 at 18:17, I deposited an amount of R400.00 into my business cheque account at Jorrison street Polokwane ATM 001 01. I then realised that the money was not credited into my account some few days later and contacted the branch on Friday, 11 January 2013. I was requested to submit a copy of proof of deposit which I did on Monday, 14 January 2013 around 09:00 am. I was told that an investigation will be conducted and that I will be contacted within 48 hours. Its now Friday, 18 January 2013 and still did not get any call nor my money.

I also deposited and amount of R900.00 at ATM 334 50 (polokwane main branch) on 15/01/2013 at 17:40 and after two days or so, and amount of R880 was credited to my account and wondering as to what happened to the R20. I opt for ATM deposits as I don't have time to go to the branch on a daily basis. I have been doing ATM deposits with ABSA for so many years and have never experienced any shortages.

I am beginning to lose trust in FNB and considering to take my account elsewhere
