Pathetic Customer Service

Don't even try to apply for a personal loan via Absa's Website. This does not exist!!! I've tried for an entire week just to find out that my reference number is not valid as the web applications does not exist anymore!! AND NO NOTICE ON THEIR WEBSITE - WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. I spoke to a guy by the name of Nimalin who requested certain documentation to be emailed and promised to call me back the same day. 3 Days later, several emails sent and not a word from ABSA or any feedback. My advise to everyone - call Nedbank - on the same call you will have an immediate answer. This is really bad service!!!
