The reason for my personal loan is to consolidate my current personal loan with Nedbank and take up a new one with ABSA since i always been an ABSA client. After my personal loan was pre approved and i was asked to forward them a settlement letter from Nedbank, after all that process, i get a bombshell sms to say my request has been declined without any reason whatsoever. I dont know on what grounds it was declined!!! I am highly pregnant and dont need this. ABSA got my hopes up with the personal loan and now this??? why take me through that entire process to start with??? did those reasons for declining my request occur over night??? I am NOT impressed at all.
What a pointless exercise, Saturday i am closing my cuurent account and opening a new bank account with a better bank that values their clients.
what a disappointment, at least they could've declined my request from the onset and not get my hopes up. FUNNY WHEN I REQUESTED A CALL BACK TO APPLY FOR THE PERSONAL LOAN I HAD MORE THAN 3 CONSULTANTS CALL ME A DAY, NOW NO ONE CAN CALL TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I WAS DECLINED!!!
