My question and concern. What is the difference between a FBN Savings Account and a FNB Platinum Cheque Account?? SERIOUSLY - For FNB absolutely no difference. The promise all these fantastic benefits on all different types of accounts and it is absolutely nonsense. As a platinum card holder - FNB offers you a Private Banker - this is a laugh. I've tried every single day for the past week to get hold of the Private Banker without any success. FNB puts you on hold for a private banker for more than 20min per call and then the call ends. Pathetic is you ask me!! Strange how they never respond to your queries as well. I think its time to move on and change to Nedbank. Investing will be a much better option. When you need assistance from your own bank they don't come to the party BUT I've spoken to Nedbank only once and I've never received such great service from any bank. So people!!! FNB is just promises - look at their Hello Peter Ration "this is scary". I am truly extremely disappointed in FNB's poor customer service.
