I am speechless at the cheek, cockiness and complete poor attitude of ABSA Personal Loan staff. First call I got was an abrupt snotty girl who wanted to talk about my ABSA account. When I told her I don't have one anymore she did not clarify that she was talking about my personal loan and got cheeky when I questioned why she was calling as it may be a. I eventually hung up on her and she called back to yell at me (still without clarifying why she was calling), so I hung up on her again. Today I got a call from another girl who was equally aggresive who at least said it was about my loan and that my debit order for December did not go off. I asked why, no response, she then tells me I must check my FNB statement and go to the ABSA to show proof if it went off..I asked her for a contact number of email to resolve this once I have checked the statement... she says I can't do it like that and have to go to the bank... I refuse!!! Why would I stand in the bank to sort out ABSA's problem??? Why can I not get convenient service of dealing with it over the phone and via email or is ABSA still living in the 70's when electronic communication did not exist..WAKE UP IT IS 2014 ABSA!!
