Pathetic service regarding personal loans

I tried to take a personal loan with ABSA as I have been a client with then for many years. It has taken more than a week just to get a estimate / quote. After numerous calls (from my cell phone), when you are constantly put on hold I still do not have an answer. I have just spent 21 minutes on the phone only to be told they will call me back. I was promised a call back Friday, and his morning yet I never got that call. I am inches away from dumping all my absa accounts and moving to another bank if not contacted back in 2 hours as promised but the agent. Their favourite response "the assessor is out sir" or "I do not know what is going on I have to find out"... and this is one of the biggest banks in SA... cant see why, but I know why people are leaving for greener pastures
