FNB - HOW CAN WE HELP YOU loose money!

I was enjoying excellent service as a Platinum account holder. I had the services of a premier banker, and was enjoying paying no banking fees, as I was keeping a minimum balance or R 9, 000 and more in my account. Out of the blue, I was offered an 'upgrade ' to Private client status. I asked for the brochure, and comparing my benefits at the earning level I was already on, it looked like i would benefit, although I would now pay R 350.00 per month in bank fees. Then I got my 'benefits' statement. Although I was still using my Platinum card for most of the period in question, my 'benefit' went from 1% to 0.9% on standard purchases, and 7.5% to 2.5% on fuel and Shoprite! What an insult!!! I have arranged to be 'downgraded' to my former better benefits.
