DO NOT clear your Phlegm infront of me!

I have not been in to the Melville Branch since internet banking... horrified at the bad service we received while trying to open an account for one of our staff members.

Tebogo - Please do not clear your throat in front of clients. It really is socially unacceptable for me to have to listen to your bodily functions while trying to open an account.

Because I reprimanded him - I got the run-around about not having any correct documents to open up an account at your branch. After being with your branch for the last 16 years - I expected a little bit more - not someone throwing up their disgusting phlegm in my face!!!

Meisie - thanks for your help hey!! I am not your biggest account holder or your best V.I.P. Premier Banking client but you know what??? I am an account holder and as soon as we have our business sold - we will be moving all of our accounts away from your branch.

I have not as much as asked MY BRANCH for an overdraft in the last 16 years - to open up a simple savings account for one of my staff is way above and beyond your capabilities.

Mellisa at Northcliff FNB opened up the account in 10 minutes with exactly the same documentation
