Poor Service & Loan Querry

I had opened a Nedbank Account 2 years ago, When I opened my account I had my monthly statements sent to me via post and the I left for the States and then requested for my Statements to be sent via e-mail so I can make payments to the personal Loan that I had taken, I only received these statements for 4 or 5 times then after that they stopped sending them to me not even via post but they still deducted money from account monthly for service which they did not deliver. I then decided to change banks and make their montly instalments directly to the bank, As for my Loan: I had taken R15 000.00 Loan which I was meant to pay over a period of 3 years, I called them once to find out my balance and they gave me a figure which did not add up, I then requested for my statement on the Loan from the time I started paying and the consultant told me that the can only go back as far as 6 months, I had to fight for my 2 year statement and they eventually e-mailed through to me, When I calculated the I leanrt that I have paid R22 672.26 and the consultant told me that I still owe R22 000.00 and some change and she also could not explain how come I owe so much when I have paid so much.
