Incorrect information provided when opening group

My family and I decided to open a 32 Day Group Savings account where each member was to deposit into the account, and the funds made available in Feb.

We opened this account last year, and on opening we SPECIFICALLY asked the consultant whether we could get detailed statements on the account in order to fairly distribute the money at the end of the term.

We went into the bank to put in the notice... and ALAS... We cannot get detailed statements that show the depositor references!!! This makes it impossible to trace back funds and determine who paid what into the account. This is particularly annoying as this was the foremost requirement when we opened the account!

Annoyed does not even begin to describe how i feel.
