Incompetent and not been consistent

We opened the stokvel account and requested the bank to make either 2 of 3 members to have signatory rights without any of the third member. To my surprised I went midrand bank and they told us that all 3 of us need to be present to place a notice and referred us to the home branch we opened the account which is Northgate. I phoned the bank to explain about the problem and spoke to the service manager Wesley. He told me that whatever I was telling him is my word against their system. I didn't understand why he would think I was making up the story because the purpose of saving money as a stokvel is to use the money end of the year. Midrand branch was even unable to provide us with at least the statement of the account. We are very frustrated because other members they want their money. I will never use FNB or refer anyone to FNB.
