About a month ago I purchased a Motorola Digital Audio baby Monitor from the Ebucks online store. I received the item and I found that the handset would not charge. I phoned and reported the problem (Ref Number 1-54194148). The unit was exchanged and after opening and charging the unit over night the same problem was present. I again lodged the Problem (Ref Number 1-54467095).
I have phoned every day this week to follow up on why the unit has not been collected and my Ebucks refunded and so far every agent and team leader/Manager I have spoken to has and made up some bhit excuse on why they have not yet collected etc. I spoke to a team leader/Manager on Wednesday and was promised that the courier service would collect the item yesterday Thursday 4th July. I have now had it with the Bhit attitude and Pathetic service I have received from Ebucks and their call centre.
I want this product collected and my money refunded as it seems that the products you send me are all faulty. I bought this to use in our nursery for my new born and thus far I have not been able to use it and have gone out and purchased a different brand that works from a retailer.
