Smart Device Waiting Period

On Monday morning i placed my order for my Samsung Note 10.1 online, Tuesday morning I received an sms saying my order is being processed.By the following week I had not been contacted in any form from FNB or a courier company. I then phoned FNB numerous times (more than a week after ordering) with no avail, only to be contacted the Thursday day in response to my complaint.

The consultant who approved my application was a delight and more than helpful however, I still have not received an SMS or call to FNB to say my device has been dispatched to the courier company.

I am so beyond disappointed and frustrated with the slack response to my order and the time that I have to wait. Another 10-15working days will see me waiting a month for my device.
