I have requested my policy by cancelled last month and I am still waiting for a response. I have spoken to a call centre agent today who tells me I needed to post the paperwork, this after receiving an email with and email address of where I need to mail the docs to.
I don't quite understand who knows the correct process, but it is highly annoying to be pushed around from here to there without anyone doing what I have asked.
I would appreciate it if this company could find one way of doing things and train their staff in a manner to deal with all queries in a uniformed manner.
Worst of all is the fact that I get told I must just wait for the paperwork to be captured and processed and there is nothing the agent can do to assist any further.
