On Sunday the 30th of June I went to standard bank where I applied for a personal loan and i spoke to to one of the consultants there, I submitted all my papaerwork and he said he would call me next day on Monday to let me know the status of the application as i needed to go through credit burea vetting,
I have not received any feedback since then, Late Tuesday afternoon i called the customer care line as i needed to know what was going on, I spoke to a Lady Mpho, who quickly checked for me what was going on, she cinfirmed she could see a note on my account to show that i had made an application, she then told me the name of the consultant who processed it, she then tried to put me directly to the branch so that i could speak to the gentleman, she however could not get hold of him and she assured me that she had emailed him to let him call me, I have not received any feedback till today... Maybe by logging this complaint someone will get back to me and let me know.
