I changed my bank to FNB due to unsatisfactory service i constantly receive from Absa.
i sent an email on the 27th June requesting that my debit order be switched to FNB. i have not received a response / call from Absa.
i sent another email to Absa last thursday and still no response.
i want to know if my debit order has been switched as requested as my new bank details were included in the email.
